Audioscrobbler is another service that meets the criteria described in "Scattered Self.
I've just signed up, and already have an RSS 1.0 feed of my recent listening.

The output is nearly RSS 1.0 as they're not including the MusicBrainz track ids in the rdf:Seq, just a dummy value. This'll screw up an RDF processor as all the tracks have the same URI.
